Qualifications

• Strong communication skills.

• Experience in the tourism or creative industry is a plus.
• Strong mentality for fast-paced start-up environment & willingness to learn everyday is more important than any certification.
• No plans to get married or go to college in the near future.
• Able to swimming or snorkelling.
• Willing to be based in labuan bajo working full time.

Job descriptions

• Collaborate with the team to create high-quality videos for websites, commercials, and social media.
• Develop storyboards, shot lists, and production plans.
• Edit videos using After Effects & Premiere Pro for cinematic visuals. Master drone and gimbal techniques for stable footage.
• Communicate effectively in English with international clients.
• Create and edit photos as needed.
• Enhance videos with motion graphics, sound design, and special effects (a plus).
• Stay updated on industry trends in digital editing..
