- Shoots and edits dynamic short-form video.
- Understands Reels hooks, pacing, and on-screen text.
- Can do storytelling + BTS, not just food shots.
- Thinks in performance and growth, not aesthetics.
Role details
- ~10–12 hours per week.
- Fixed monthly compensation (not paid per Reel).
- Ongoing collaboration, not a one-off shoot.
Bonus (not required)
- Basic understanding of Meta ads / performance tracking.
