About the role

We are seeking a talented Kitchen Crew to join our dynamic PT VACCASHE BALI INVESTMENT' team in Bali. As a Kitchen Crew, you will play a crucial role in creating delicious and visually appealing meals for our customers. This is a full-time position, offering the opportunity to work in a vibrant and collaborative kitchen environment.

What you'll be doing

• Prepare and cook a variety of dishes following established recipes and presentation standards
• Assist in the preparation of ingredients, including washing, chopping, and measuring
• Ensure the kitchen area is clean, organised, and well-stocked with necessary supplies
• Adhere to food safety and hygiene standards at all times
• Communicate effectively with the kitchen team to ensure smooth and efficient food preparation
• Participate in daily team meetings to discuss menu items, special requests, and any issues or concerns

What we're looking for

• Previous experience in a kitchen or food service environment, preferably in the Hospitality & Tourism industry
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to work quickly and efficiently under pressure
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Passion for creating high-quality, visually appealing dishes
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new recipes and techniques
• Familiarity with Kitchen & Sandwich Hands procedures and best practices
