Qualifications
- Female, maximum 35 years old.
- Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education, Education, or a related field.
- Knowledge of the Montessori method (Montessori certification is an advantage).
- Passionate about working with young children.
- Creative, patient, and nurturing.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Physically and mentally fit.
- Willing to move to Manado, Sulawesi Utara.
