Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year experience in e-commerce, OTA, online travel, or hospitality industry.
- Familiar with OTAs (Agoda, Booking.com, Traveloka, Trip.com, etc.).
- Basic knowledge of channel manager (Channex) and PMS (GuestPro) is a plus.
- Able to update rates, availability, and promotions.
- Good communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and basic English.
- Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to work independently.
- Able to work in a team.
