Lifeguard (staff)

Requirements

• Minimum age: 18 years old.
• Able to swim well.
• Responsible, alert, and committed to ensuring guest safety around the pool area.
• Lifeguard certification is an advantag.

Job responsibilities

• Monitor and ensure the safety of all guests in and around the swimming pool.
• Respond quickly and appropriately to emergencies.
• Enforce pool safety rules and regulations.
• Conduct routine inspections of the pool area and safety equipment.
• Provide first aid when necessary.
• Keep the pool area clean, safe, and ready for guest use.

Employment details

• Position: Staff.
• Basic salary.
• Meal allowance.
• Transportation allowance.
• BPJS (social security).
• Service charge.
• Probation period: 3 months.
• Lifeguard certification support ( we provide support for obtaining a lifeguard certificate for eligible candidates ).

If your performance during the probation period is satisfactory, you will be confirmed as a permanent employee.
