Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience in an F&B restaurant, bar, or hospitality industry.
• Passionate about hospitality and customer service.
• Positive attitude, energetic, and eager to learn.
• Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Able to communicate in basic English.
• Honest, disciplined, responsible, and well-groomed.
• Knowledge of cocktails, spirits, beer, wine, or Japanese beverages is a plus.
• Willing to work weekends, evenings, and public holidays.

Job responsibilities

• Welcome and assist guests with friendly and professional service.
• Take food and beverage orders accurately.
• Serve food and beverages according to company standards.
• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, including cocktails, highballs, beer, wine, and other house beverages.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area and bar station.
• Perform opening and closing duties.
• Monitor stock levels and assist with inventory.
• Work closely with the kitchen team to ensure smooth service.
• Maintain excellent product knowledge and confidently recommend menu items to guests.
• Deliver an exceptional dining experience while upholding Tama Izakaya's hospitality standards.
