We're looking for someone who is
- Experienced with OTA platforms (Booking.com, Agoda, etc.)
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and responsible.
- A great communicator with strong coordination skills.
- Experienced in hospitality or property management (preferred).
- Comfortable communicating in English (a plus).

Job responsibilities
- Handle guest inquiries from OTA platform.
- Coordinate with the reservation Team for booking updates.
- Update room rates, availability, and promotions.
- Arrange and OTA campaigns/promos.
- Assist with onboarding and managing new properties.
- Monitor OTA performance and ensure smooth operations.
