Qualifications

• High school Diploma or Equivalent education in Hospitality or related field is a plus
• Proven 3 years of experience in a hospitality related role, preferably in a restaurant or hotel environment
• Exceptional verbal communication skills with the ability to interact confidently and courteously with guests, colleagues, and management.
• Proficiency in using computer system, including reservation and property management software.
• Strong interpersonal skill and the ability to handle various brand concept / guest personalities.
• Attention to details and accuracy in handling guest/clients’ information.
• Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Positive attitude and team player mentality Professional appearance and demeanour.
• Ability work independently as well collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
