Qualifications

• Fluent English (spoken & written).
• Strong communication skills, comfortable on the phone.
• Flexible working hours.
• Hands-on experience with Airbnb / Booking.com.
• Basic reporting and analytical skills.

Main duties

• Communicate with clients by phone and email.
• Manage villa listings on Airbnb and Booking.com, and other OTAs.
• Support the booking process from inquiry to check-in.
• Prepare monthly sales reports.
• Work closely with the team to achieve targets.
