- Min 2 years experience at the same field
- Familiar with Property Management System
- Fluent in English in both written and spoken
- Achievement oriented, high motivation, outgoing personality and high sense of customer service-oriented
- Well-groomed and good personality
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Clear and friendly communication with customers to understand their needs and ability to suggest additional services to customers
