- Minimum 1 years’ relevant industry experience
- Fluency in English (written and spoken).
- Strong customer service orientation, outgoing personality, and effective communication skills.
- Well-groomed, with a positive attitude.
- Ability to remain calm under pressure, analyze situations, and find solutions.
