Experience in reservations, front Office, or a similar role for at least 1-2 years in a 4-or 5- star hotel/resort.
Language proficiency in english, both spoken and written; additional languages are a plus.
Technical skills in hotel reservation systems and experience managing bookings through OTA platforms.
Strong communication and customer service skills, detail-oriented, organized, and a team player who can adapt to flexible schedules and fast-paced environments.
