Cashier / senior barista / bar leader

Vaccashe Superfood is looking for a Cashier / Barista who is passionate about hospitality,
detail-oriented, and enjoys delivering an outstanding customer experience.

Your responsibilities

• Welcome and assist guests with a friendly attitude.
• Operate the POS system accurately and handle cash/card payments.
• Prepare espresso-based coffee and other beverages consistently.
• Recommend menu items and upsell when appropriate.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front counter and coffee station.
• Refill stock and support daily opening and closing duties.
• Work closely with the kitchen team to ensure smooth service.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Cashier and Barista.
• Able to prepare espresso-based coffee confidently.
• Experience using POS systems.
• Good spoken English.
• Friendly, energetic, and well-presented.
• Honest, reliable, and punctual.
• Able to work under pressure during busy hours.
• Team player with a positive attitude.
• Willing to work weekends and public holidays.

Preferred

• Experience in cafés or restaurants.
• Knowledge of food safety and hygiene.
• Passion for fitness, health, or specialty coffee is a plus.
