Qualifications
- Proven experience in front desk or customer service roles, preferably in hospitality.
- Strong communication skills in english; additional languages are a plus.
- Proficient in using hotel management software and basic computer applications.
- Ability to handle guest inquiries, reservations, and complaints effectively.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality training or certification is an advantage.
