• Minimum education: Senior High School (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
• Previous experience in linen operations, housekeeping, or the hospitality industry is an advantage.
• Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office, are an advantage.
• Quality oriented and able to complete tasks accurately and on time.
• Able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
• Detail oriented, disciplined, and responsible in carrying out assigned duties.

• Previous experience in a hotel, restaurant, or café is preferred.
