Adamare Villa Bali is looking for a dynamic and motivated Sales and Marketing Executive to join our growing team. This role combines strategic sales and marketing initiatives with personalized guest engagement. You will be responsible for driving villa bookings, building strong relationships with agents and guests, and ensuring a memorable stay experience through involvement in guest check-ins and check-outs.
Qualifications
- Minimum Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Tourism, Hospitality, or related field.
- Minimum 1 years of experience in sales and marketing within hospitality, villas, or hotel industry (fresh graduates with strong potential are welcome to apply).
- Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media, and OTA management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English (both spoken and
written).
- Friendly, proactive, and guest-oriented personality with strong networking abilities.
- Detail-oriented, well-organized, and capable of working independently as well as in a
team.
- Willing to assist in front office duties (guest check-in/check-out).
- Based in Bali or willing to relocate.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and execute effective sales and marketing strategies to increase villa occupancy and revenue.
- Build strong relationships with travel agents, villa partners, and online booking
platforms (OTA).
- Manage online listings and ensure all promotional materials, photos, and descriptions are up-to-date and aligned with brand standards.
- Handle inquiries, prepare quotations, and follow up with potential guests, agents, wholesaler and corporate to secure bookings.
- Create promotional campaigns, events, and digital marketing activities (social media, newsletters, etc.).
- Participate in guest check-in and check-out processes to ensure excellent guest experiences and personalized service.
- Collect guest feedback and identify opportunities to enhance guest satisfaction and repeat bookings.
- Prepare daily and monthly sales and marketing reports and share insights to support business development decisions.
