Qualifications

• Female
• Minimum high school / vocational high school education (preferably Diploma/Bachelor's degree in Hospitality or similar)
• Minimum experience in reservations / hotels 1 year
• Computer-savvy and able to operate reservation applications (email, Excel, OTA, etc.)
• Neat, polite, and communicative appearance
• Able to work both in a team and individually
• Good communication skills, friendly, and provide excellent service
• Ready to work under pressure and meet targets

Job description

• Receive and manage reservations via telephone, email, offline travel agent, and online travel agents (OTA).
• Provide accurate information regarding room availability, rates, and promotions.
• Enter reservation data into the system.
• Maintain good relationships with guests and provide excellent service.
• Work closely with the front office team to ensure a smooth check-in process.
