Wos river running beneath the property and the rapid river sound can be heard from the restaurant and garden area.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in hotel/resort sales.
- Experience in team supervision is an advantage.
- Strong leadership, communication and analytical skills.
- Target-driven and performance-oriented.
- Good command of Bahasa Indonesia and English.
- Diploma/Degree in Hospitality, Tourism, Business or related field is preferred .
Key responsibilities
- Support in planning and executing sales strategies and action plans.
- Assist in managing and motivating the sales team.
- Monitor sales performance and prepare reports.
- Support in developing new markets and maintaining key accounts.
- Assist in preparing proposals, contracts and rate agreements.
- Work closely with cross-department teams to achieve sales targets.
