Looking for a strong, hands-on chef to lead the kitchen, manage the team, and ensure consistent quality, speed, and cost control.
Qualifications
- 5+ years in kitchen, 2+ years as Head Chef.
- Mediterranean / Greek cuisine experience.
- Strong in charcoal grill & wood-fire.
- Food cost & kitchen operations knowledge.
- English.
Key responsibilities
- Lead and manage full kitchen operations.
- Ensure consistency, quality, and speed during service.
- Work hands-on and lead by example.
- Control food cost, inventory, and waste.
- Collaborate on menu development.
- Build and develop a strong kitchen team.
