Qualifications

• Male.
• Minimum 3 years experience on customer experience background (Front office, Customer Service, Shopkeeper).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships with guests, partners, media, and stakeholders.
• Confident, professional, well-presented.
• Strong attention to detail and good time management.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to handle guest concerns and unexpected situations professionally.
• Proactive, outgoing personality with excellent networking skills.
• Ability to represent the brand professionally in external communications and events.
