Position overview
- The Villa Manager will be fully responsible for the overall management of the villa, including operations, staff supervision, guest satisfaction, and coordination with ownership. This role requires strong leadership, attention to detail, and a passion for luxury hospitality.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Villa Manager or in a senior role within luxury hospitality.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent communication skills in English (spoken and written).
- High level of professionalism, integrity, and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently, proactively, and under minimal supervision.
- Strong problem-solving skills and service-oriented mindset.
