Qualifications
- Experience in front office, with supervisory experience preferred.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Good communication in english (other languages a plus).
- Customer service oriented with professional appearance.
- Skilled in front office systems (e.g., PMS/VHP).
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to handle multitasking.
