- Strong leadership and decision-making skills.
- Good communication skills in english and bahasa indonesia.
- Able to handle guest concerns and emergencies.
- Familiar with night shift procedures and hotel systems.
- Reliable, responsible, and detail-oriented.
- Willing to work night shifts.
