Oversee all HR functions for the restaurant, including recruitment, performance management, and employee.
Qualifications
- Minimum 4 years as assistant HRM or 3 years as HRM, preferably in the F&B industry.
- Strong knowledge of HR operations and labor law.
- Experience with talenta HRIS is a plus.
- Excellent interpersonal, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
