- Memastikan prioritas minuman : kopi jus dll.
- Memastikan area bar dan lantai selalu bersih dari sampah minuman.
- Memastikan sampah dari minuman & minuman.
- Memastikan alat2 kitchen semua bersih dan tertata rapih (kompor/pisau/telenan/dll).
