Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Chief Engineer or 5 years as an Engineering Supervisor in a hotel, resort, or hospitality environment.
• Strong knowledge of hotel engineering systems, including HVAC, electrical systems, generators, plumbing, water treatment systems (WTP/STP), fire safety systems, and swimming pool maintenance.
• Proven experience in preventive and corrective maintenance planning and execution. Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and maintenance reporting systems.
• Good communication skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.

• Inspect quality of incoming goods.
• Organized, honest, and detail-oriented.
• Able to work under pressure in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
• Experience in purchasing or food supply is a plus, but not required.
• Strong communication and computer skills.
• Males are preferred.
