- Male
- Maximum 45 years old
- Minimum 2 years of experience in the same position within a 5-star hotel or luxury villa
- Fluent in English (both spoken and written)
- Minimum S1 in Engineering
- Mastery of Mechanical, Electrical, and Civil engineering systems (MEP)
- Strong leadership skills, high attention to detail, creativity, and a great team player
- Computer literate
- Able to join immediately
- Highly motivated and able to work effectively under pressure
