• Solid understanding of Indonesian taxation (PPh & VAT), BPJS, and regulatory compliance.
• Experienced in preparing monthly & annual financial statements accurately and on time.
• Familiar with VHP Property Management System (PMS).
• Experience in pre-opening projects is a strong advantage.
• Demonstrated leadership, analytical thinking, and problem-solving ability.
• High integrity, detail-oriented, able to work under pressure.
• Good communication in Bahasa Indonesia and English.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience as an Accountant, Accounting Staff, or in a similar position; experience in Receiving is an advantage.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, bookkeeping, and financial reporting.
• Experienced in receiving procedures, invoice verification, and inventory documentation.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel); experience with VHP System is preferred.
• Detail-oriented, organized, honest, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Able to join immediately is preferred.

Requirement

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance with a minimum of 3–5 years of experience, including at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
• Experience in the hospitality industry is a must, with strong knowledge of tax regulations and compliance preferred.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and financial/accounting systems.
• Strong negotiation skills, particularly in dealing with vendors, financial institutions, and external parties, with experience in handling banking matters.
