Finance manager
To manage and control the company's Finance, Accounting, and Tax operations, ensuring accurate financial reporting, proper payment controls, effective budgeting, tax compliance, and implementation of strong financial SOPs and internal controls.
Key responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day Finance, Accounting, and Tax functions.
- Review and approve payment documents that have been reviewed by Senior Accounting before payment processing.
- Sign payment vouchers according to the company's approval authority.
- Review and approve Purchase Requests from Purchasing before purchases are processed.
- Lead the annual budgeting and financial planning process.
- Monitor monthly budget realization and investigate significant variances.
- Review monthly financial statements and supporting financial analysis.
- Review tax calculations, reports, and tax compliance.
- Review accounting closing activities and ensure reporting deadlines are achieved.
- Develop, review, and improve financial internal controls and SOPs.
- Coordinate with Finance Director regarding cash flow, budget, financial performance, and significant financial issues.
- Lead and develop Finance, Accounting, and Tax team members.
- Coordinate with external tax and accounting consultants when required.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Minimum 6–8 years of Finance or Accounting experience, including supervisory or managerial experience.
- Strong knowledge of financial reporting, accounting, taxation, budgeting, and internal controls.
- Familiar with accounting and ERP systems.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong leadership and team management capability.
- Detail-oriented with high integrity.
- Good English communication skills.
