We are looking for a finance manager to support our growth in bali.

Qualifications

  • Minimum Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance in the hospitality industry; a Master's degree or professional certifications (CPA, CA, CFA) are preferred.
  • Has at least 3 years of accounting/finance experience, including 1 year in a managerial role; proficient in tax regulations, modern accounting/ERP systems, and capable of producing accurate, transparent, and timely financial reports according to standards.
  • Experienced in supervising teams, coaching employees, and planning strategic departmental improvements; demonstrates strong leadership, high integrity, and the ability to build a solid and productive team.
  • Skilled in budget planning, cash flow management, strict fund utilization control, and conducting financial statement analysis to support profitability improvement strategies.
  • Possesses strong communication skills in both Indonesian and English; ensures timely tax compliance in accordance with the latest regulations and is knowledgeable in operating the VHP system.

Responsibilities

  • Able to supervise team performance, provide coaching, empowerment, and support staff development, as well as take disciplinary actions when necessary.
  • Capable of analyzing and overseeing financial matters, identifying solutions to problems, and making managerial decisions.
  • Establishes effective communication with management, the team, external auditors, vendors, and other external parties.
  • Responsible for the accuracy of financial reports and other analytical reports from the accounting department.
  • Develops and implements improvement plans to increase efficiency, accuracy, and profitability.

  • Assist in updating the master inventory catalog and maintaining clear communication with suppliers.
  • Coordinate with the Supply Chain Manager to ensure seamless administration of stock requirements.
