Requirements

• Minimum High School (SMA/SMK) graduate or equivalent.
• Previous experience in a café, restaurant, or hospitality industry is preferred but not essential.

• Willing to learn and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Able to work as part of a team and maintain a positive attitude.

• Basic English communication skills are preferred.
• Knowledge of coffee preparation and POS systems is an advantage.

Qualifications

• Entry level — attitude first, we train everything: dishwashing, regeneration, vegetable prep. Real growth path to commis and cook

Benefits

• Salary up to 3,600,000 IDR depending on experience + service charge + health insurance (BPJS Kesehatan) + BPJS Ketenagakerjaan + THR + staff meals + 1 day off/week. Paid trial this week.
