Qualifications
- Proven experience in Concierge / Guest Service
- Housekeeping experience is mandatory
- Good command of English (spoken & written)
- Friendly, proactive, and service-oriented personality
- Able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
- Team player with attention to detail
Key responsibilities
- Handle guest check-in and check-out professionally
- Assist guests with daily requests and personalized services
- Provide local recommendations and ensure guest satisfaction
- Coordinate closely with the operations and villa teams
- Support housekeeping duties when needed
- Maintain villa cleanliness, presentation, and service standards
