Their duties include planting, watering, pruning, and caring for plants, trees, and flowers. They also mow lawns, remove weeds, and ensure the health and appearance of green spaces. Gardeners may also design and implement landscaping projects, ensuring that outdoor areas are attractive and well-maintained. The goal of a gardener is to create and maintain beautiful, healthy, and inviting outdoor environments.

Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a gardener/landscaper (preferably in a hotel or resort).
- Skilled in maintaining ornamental plants, trees, grass and gardens
- Knowledgeable in pruning, watering, fertilizing and planting techniques.
- Able to operate gardening equipment.
- Basic knowledge of plant pests, diseases and appropriate treatments.
- Physically fit, disciplined and able to work outdoors
- Well groomed, polite and professional appearance.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willing to work on shifts and during weekends or holidays if required.
- Strong attention to cleanliness, safety, and the beauty of the resort environment.
