General qualification:

• Minimum diploma I in Hospitality.
• Leadership skills for RBM & FO supervisor.
• Positive attitude, well-groomed, outgoing, and Driving License A required (for RBM & FO supervisor).
• Minimum 2 years experience in 4/5 star hotels.
• Strong communication, detail-oriented, excellent negotiation skills, and hardworking.
• Knowledge of Italian and Asian cuisine (for Cook staff contract).
• Familiarity with VHP System (RBM, GRO Mandarin & FO supervisor).
• Business awareness, target-oriented, and able to manage F&B costs (RBM).
