Engineering staff

We are looking for an engineering staff to support our growth in bali.

Qualifications

  • Minimum SMK/D3/S1 in Mechanical, Electrical, or related fields; at least 1 year experience in a 5-star hotel. Fresh graduates welcome with OJT/DW experience.
  • Preventive Maintenance & Troubleshooting: Plan and perform preventive maintenance and basic MEP troubleshooting for guest rooms, villas, and public areas.
  • Facility Checks & Minor Repairs: Conduct regular inspections and minor repairs on room and public area facilities (AC, plumbing, lighting, lifts, pumps, electrical, appliances) without disturbing guest comfort.
  • Reporting & Coordination: Record and report serious damages via hotel systems and coordinate with supervisors/PM teams for follow-up actions.
  • Professionalism & Safety: Maintain professional appearance, communicate courteously with guests and staff, and adhere to safety (K3) standards during all maintenance activities.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure all utility systems are always functional, including AC, electricity, water, ventilation, pumps, lighting, TV, telephone, minibar, water heater, bathtub, jacuzzi, and private pool.
  • Conduct routine checks and light maintenance on Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) equipment in public areas, ensuring all facilities (lights, AC, lifts, escalators, sound system, restrooms, etc.) operate optimally.
  • Be observant and proactive in identifying potential damages or malfunctions before they impact guest comfort.
  • Handle reports of damages, complaints, or repair requests promptly and accurately, coordinating with supervisors and relevant departments to implement effective solutions.
  • Communicate courteously and professionally with guests and collaborate with housekeeping, security, and other departments to ensure smooth public area operations.
