Qualifications

  • (Work full time (8 hours per day, 5 days per week)
  • Indonesian citizen only (no foreigner),
  • High school diploma or equivalent,
  • Had experienced in Tourism industry minimum 1 year experience,
  • Has knowledge about microsoft excel and numbers,
  • Excellent in english, both written and verbal,
  • Strong attention to details and accuracy in handling reservation informations,
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment,
  • Problem-solving and conflict resolution skills to handle customer issues and complaints,
  • Able to work as a team,
  • Able to speak french would be a big plus,
  • Has knowledge about about notion would be a plus,
  • CV's must be submitted in english and accompanied by a recent photo.
