Qualifications
- (Work full time (8 hours per day, 5 days per week)
- Indonesian citizen only (no foreigner),
- High school diploma or equivalent,
- Had experienced in Tourism industry minimum 1 year experience,
- Has knowledge about microsoft excel and numbers,
- Excellent in english, both written and verbal,
- Strong attention to details and accuracy in handling reservation informations,
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment,
- Problem-solving and conflict resolution skills to handle customer issues and complaints,
- Able to work as a team,
- Able to speak french would be a big plus,
- Has knowledge about about notion would be a plus,
- CV's must be submitted in english and accompanied by a recent photo.
