  • Minimum 2 years experience in Sales within hotel/villa/hospitality industry
  • Strong network with travel agents, DMCs and OTA platforms is an advantage
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Target-oriented, proactive, and self-motivated
  • Fluent in English (written & spoken)
  • Based in Bali

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement sales & marketing strategies to maximize revenue and room night production
  • Build and maintain relationships with travel agents, DMCs, corporate clients, and OTA partners
  • Conduct sales calls, site inspections, and client visits
  • Identify new business opportunities and market segments
  • Prepare sales reports and market analysis
