What you'll do
- Develop new business and sales opportunities.
- Build strong relationships with hotels, travel agents, schools, corporates, communities and event partners.
- Conduct sales visits, presentations and negotiations.
- Drive group bookings, partnerships and revenue targets
- Represent AeroXSpace at networking events, exhibitions and roadshows.
- Maintain an active sales pipeline, CRM and regular performance reports.
We're looking for
- Minimum 2 years sales or business development experience, ideally in tourism, hospitality, attractions or events.
- Strong networking, communication and negotiation skills
- Proactive, target-driven and comfortable working independently.
- Good spoken and written English and Bahasa Indonesia
- Valid driving licence and willing to travel around Bali.
- Available to support weekend/public-holiday activities when required.
