Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years experience in hospitality or resort sales.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and networking skills.
• Existing hospitality industry network is an advantage.

• Professional appearance and positive attitude.
• Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus).
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies to maximize resort revenue.
• Build strong relationships with travel agents, corporate clients, event organizers, and business partners.
• Drive room sales, wellness retreats, weddings, events, and group bookings.
• Identify new business opportunities and market segments.
• Manage OTA platforms and direct sales channels.
• Achieve monthly and yearly sales targets.
• Work closely with operations and marketing teams to strengthen brand positioning.
• Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis.
