What you'll do

  • Develop new business and sales opportunities.
  • Build strong relationships with hotels, travel agents, schools, corporates, communities and event partners.
  • Conduct sales visits, presentations and negotiations.
  • Drive group bookings, partnerships and revenue targets
  • Represent AeroXSpace at networking events, exhibitions and roadshows.
  • Maintain an active sales pipeline, CRM and regular performance reports.

We're looking for

  • Minimum 2 years sales or business development experience, ideally in tourism, hospitality, attractions or events.
  • Strong networking, communication and negotiation skills
  • Proactive, target-driven and comfortable working independently.
  • Good spoken and written English and Bahasa Indonesia
  • Valid driving licence and willing to travel around Bali.
  • Available to support weekend/public-holiday activities when required.

Senior sales executive

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2–3 years of experience in hotel/resort sales, preferably in Bali.
  • Senior Sales Executive or strong Sales Executive ready for the next level.
  • Good network with Travel Agents, DMCs, Corporate Accounts and/or Group Business is an advantage.
  • Strong communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills.
  • Proactive and comfortable with field sales and visiting clients.
  • Target-oriented with good follow-up discipline.
  • Good command of Bahasa Indonesia and English.
  • Familiarity with the Ubud/Bali hospitality market is an advantage.
  • Diploma in Hospitality, Tourism, Business or related field is preferred, but relevant experience and proven ability are more important.

Key responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain relationships with Travel Agents, Tour Operators, DMCs, Corporate Clients and other business partners.
  • Conduct regular sales calls, sales visits and client follow-ups.
  • Identify and develop new accounts and business opportunities.
  • Promote our rooms, group packages, events, dining, spa and wellness experiences.
  • Prepare quotations, proposals and corporate/agent rates.
  • Negotiate and close business within approved commercial guidelines.
  • Maintain and grow existing accounts.
  • Follow up enquiries and convert leads into confirmed business.
  • Conduct hotel inspections and presentations for potential partners.
  • Maintain sales activity reports, account databases and business pipelines.
  • Work closely with the Resort Sales Manager, E-Commerce, Reservations and Operations teams.
  • Achieve agreed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
