Qualifications
- Proven leadership and team management skills in hospitality.
- Strong operational knowledge of villa/property maintenance and daily management.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in hospitality or villa/resort operations.
- Proficient in administrative tasks, reporting, and fluent in English and Indonesian.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities, initiative, and guest-oriented mindset.
- Minimum 18 years old.
