Aluka Bingin is hiring an experienced and professional General Manager to oversee our boutique villa property and lead our on-site team.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, coordinate, and supervise daily operations across Front Office, Housekeeping, Spa, and Reservations.
• Train, mentor, and build high service standards across a young, motivated team.
• Develop, implement, and audit Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for all operational departments.
• Manage guest relations to ensure exceptional guest reviews and repeat stays.
• Maintain clear, professional, and transparent villa owner relations.
• Oversee quality control, preventative maintenance, and inventory across all 12 villas and common areas.

Key requirements

• Minimum 10 years of experience in the boutique villa and hotel management industry.
• Deep hands-on knowledge of Front Office, Housekeeping, Guest Relations, and Booking operations.
• Proven track record in structuring and executing operational SOPs.
• Must reside close to Uluwatu or Ungasan for daily site presence and rapid response.
• Excellent English communication skills; professional in dealing with international guests and property owners.
• Available to onboard starting September 30th.
