Qualifications
- Proven experience in operations or business management for 2-3 years. (hospitality, wellness, or lifestyle industry preferred)
- Fluent in English both written and spoken
- Strong leadership, communication, and people-management skills
- Experience managing multi-unit or cross-functional operations
- Strategic thinker with hands-on execution ability
- Able to support daily operations while contributing to business development
- Proactive, adaptable, and comfortable in a fast-growing business environment
- Strong organizational, reporting, and problem-solving skills
