Qualifications
- Fresh graduates are welcome, minimum 1 year of experience in front office, customer service, or hospitality preferred
- Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia
- Strong interpersonal and communication skillls with a friendly, welcoming demeanor
- Highly organized, and detail-oriented
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and email correspondence
- Professional in handling guest inquiries and phone calls
- Able to support daily front office operations.
- Positive, adaptable, and comfortable in a wellness environment.
