Qualifications & requirements
- Proven experience as a Customer Service Representative or in a similar role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment with minimal supervision.
- Reliable internet connection and a quiet, professional workspace.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-focused attitude.
- Ability to handle customer inquiries, complaints, and follow-ups professionally.
- Comfortable using online communication tools (email, chat).
- Good time management and organizational skills.
- Detail-oriented and able to multitask effectively.
- High level of professionalism, patience, and empathy.
Salary & benefits
