Looking for an organized and proactive assistant to support the day-to-day marketing and administrative needs of a growing fashion brand. Working closely with the Creative Director, you’ll help manage influencer relationships, organize content, support social media activities, and assist with various operational projects.

Responsibilities

• Manage Instagram & Facebook DMs, comments, tagged posts, and community interactions
• Coordinate influencer gifting, follow-ups, and content tracking
• Process influencer orders
• Manage and moderate user-generated content and FourSixty uploads
• Organize content across Dropbox and internal spreadsheets
• Uploading Instagram Stories and linking products
• Maintain spreadsheets, trackers, and reports
• Support miscellaneous administrative projects as required

Requirements

• Strong English communication skills (written and spoken)
• Familiar with Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and social media platforms
• Proficient with Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, Drive)
• Comfortable using spreadsheets and tracking systems
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail
• Comfortable managing multiple tasks and deadlines
• Able to work independently and take initiative

Bonus points

• Shopify experience
• Meta Business Suite experience
• Influencer marketing experience
• Fashion, beauty, swimwear, or lifestyle industry experience
• Experience with Canva
• Video editing skills (familiarity with CapCut and editing short-form content for Instagram Reels and TikTok)

Work location

• Hybrid: This role is primarily remote, however occasional in-person meetings, photoshoots, and team catch-ups may be required from time to time.
