Qualifications

  • Minimum education of high school/vocational school.
  • Minimum 1 year experience as a pool attendant and/or gardener (villa/hotel preferred).
  • Understand swimming pool maintenance (pH, chlorine, vacuum, backwash).
  • Able to perform garden maintenance (pruning, fertilizing, basic pest control).
  • Familiar with using pool and garden tools.
  • Physically healthy and ready for field work.
  • Honest, disciplined, and responsible.
  • Able to work independently or in a team.
  • Willing to work with a villa operational schedule system.

Engineer / maintenance villa

Qualifications

  • Minimum education of vocational school in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Building, or equivalent).
  • Minimum 2 years experience as a villa or hotel engineer/maintenance.
  • Mastery of basic electricity, plumbing, water pumps, water heaters, and split AC.
  • Understand swimming pool systems, septic tanks, and generators (basic).
  • Able to perform troubleshooting and preventive maintenance.
  • Understand K3 standards.
  • Responsive, agile, and solution-oriented.
  • Honest, neat, and communicative.

Qualifications

  • Minimum D3/S1 education in Hospitality, Management, or equivalent.
  • Minimum 3–5 years experience as a villa manager or hospitality supervisor.
  • Mastering daily villa operations (housekeeping, engineering, pool & garden).
  • Experienced in managing OTA (Airbnb, Booking.com, Agoda, etc.).
  • Understanding of pricing, occupancy, and basic revenue.
  • Able to lead a team and prepare SOPs.
  • Active English (spoken & written).
  • Has leadership, problem solving, and high integrity.
