Qualifications
- Minimum education of high school/vocational school.
- Minimum 1 year experience as a pool attendant and/or gardener (villa/hotel preferred).
- Understand swimming pool maintenance (pH, chlorine, vacuum, backwash).
- Able to perform garden maintenance (pruning, fertilizing, basic pest control).
- Familiar with using pool and garden tools.
- Physically healthy and ready for field work.
- Honest, disciplined, and responsible.
- Able to work independently or in a team.
- Willing to work with a villa operational schedule system.

Engineer / maintenance villa
Qualifications
- Minimum education of vocational school in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Building, or equivalent).
- Minimum 2 years experience as a villa or hotel engineer/maintenance.
- Mastery of basic electricity, plumbing, water pumps, water heaters, and split AC.
- Understand swimming pool systems, septic tanks, and generators (basic).
- Able to perform troubleshooting and preventive maintenance.
- Understand K3 standards.
- Responsive, agile, and solution-oriented.
- Honest, neat, and communicative.
