Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a gardener/landscaper (preferably in a hotel or resort).
• Skilled in maintaining ornamental plants, trees, grass and gardens
• Knowledgeable in pruning, watering, fertilizing and planting techniques.
• Able to operate gardening equipment.
• Basic knowledge of plant pests, diseases and appropriate treatments.
• Physically fit, disciplined and able to work outdoors
• Well groomed, polite and professional appearance.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willing to work on shifts and during weekends or holidays if required.
• Strong attention to cleanliness, safety, and the beauty of the resort environment.

Qualifications

• Gada pratama certificate (preferred).
• Physically and mentally healthy (proven by medical certificate).
• Basic english conversation skills.
• Good communication skills.
• Discipline, firm, and able to work in a team.
• Willing to work on a shift schedule.
