Requirements

• Diploma/Bachelor Degree in any majors. Tourism and Hospitality majors are preferred.
• Having min 3 years of relevant experience in a similar position preferably from lifestyle restaurant.
• Fluent in English and well-groomed and presentable.
• Must have a strong leadership, assertive communication and ability to develop people.
• Proven ability to set up operational systems, SOPs, team structure, service standard.
• Familiar with OTA platforms, reservation systems, guest review platforms, and hospitality reporting tools.
• Having knowledge of profitability analysis and budgeting, cost of sales, payroll management, purchasing, receiving, inventories and cost controls.

Job desc

• You will be Responsible for all aspects of operations at the hotel and villa from staff management to guest relations.
• Manage the operations of the hotel and monitoring the day-to-day operation of the property, including staffing, maintenance, and guest services.
• You will assist the management in identifying business opportunities, competitive analyses, formulating and implementing business plant & market expansion, revenue growth strategy.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to the staff to ensure a positive work environment and high levels of employee engagement.
• Evaluate business performance, productivity and competitiveness.
