We are seeking an experienced professional to fill the position of Operational Manager at a resort located in the strategic area of Ubud. The successful candidate will be fully responsible for the smooth running of daily resort operations, ensuring the highest service standards, and creating memorable stay experiences for our guests.

Requirements

• Bali Based.
• Indonesian citizen.
• Minimum Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management / Tourism / Management.
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience as Operational Manager / Resort Manager / Assistant Manager in a 4-star or 5-star hotel/resort.
• Strong leadership skills and ability to work under pressure.
• Comprehensive knowledge of hotel operations.
• Fluent in English (spoken & written); additional foreign languages are a plus.
• Familiar with hotel systems (Opera, Cloudbeds, or similar).

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate all operational departments (Front Office, Housekeeping, F&B, Engineering, Security, etc.).
• Ensure the achievement of occupancy, revenue, and guest satisfaction targets.
• Prepare and control the operational budget.
• Maintain service quality and cleanliness standards according to brand standards.
• Conduct employee performance evaluations and team development.
• Handle guest complaints professionally and provide effective solutions.
• Coordinate with management on business development initiatives.
