Requirements

• Experience in hotel, villa, restaurant, or hospitality industry.
• Good leadership, communication, and teamwork skills.
• Disciplined, responsible, and have a positive attitude.

Specific skills

Chef de Partie (CDP)

• Strong knowledge of food preparation, kitchen operations, cost control, and hygiene standards.

Engineering supervisor

• Strong knowledge of electrical, plumbing, AC systems, preventive maintenance, and team supervision.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, or related field.
• Minimum 1 year experience in co-working space, hospitality industry, or customer service management.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Familiar with basic financial management and reporting.
• Has experience in, or is capable of managing, community engagement and event coordination.

Qualifications

• Relevant experience is preferred
• Responsible, honest, and disciplined
• Able to work both independently and in a team
• Well-groomed with a professional appearance
• Mandarin-speaking candidates are preferred
