Qualifications

• Diploma/Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications, Hospitality, or related field.
• 2–3 years' experience in digital marketing, preferably within boutique luxury hotels, villas, resorts, or lifestyle brands.
• Strong knowledge of SEO, AEO/GEO, SEM, paid media, social media, content marketing, website optimisation, and direct booking strategies.
• Proficient in Google Analytics, Search Console, Meta Ads Manager, and digital performance reporting.
• Strong understanding of luxury branding, content creation, visual storytelling, and online reputation management.
• Creative, analytical, commercially driven, proactive, and hands-on.
• Excellent English communication and writing skills.

Qualifications:

• Male / Female.
• Maximum 35 years old.
• Well groomed and professional appearance.
• Minimum 2 years of experience as an FO Supervisor within a 5-star hotel or luxury villa.
• Fluent in English (both spoken and written).
• Minimum D3 in Hospitality / Room Division.
• Strong leadership, excellent communication skills, high attention to detail, creativity, and a great team player.
• Computer literate (proficiency in hotel systems).
• Able to join immediately.
• Fluency in an additional foreign language is a major plus.
